Overview

Visualisation for an adaptive-reuse competition concept

Serotine is a concept response to the 2023 Living Building Challenge design competition at LUMA in Sunshine North. The competition invited ideas for the adaptive reuse of an existing building as part of the developing neighbourhood.

Studio Artegra developed visualisation, animation and look-development imagery to communicate the proposed spaces, material character and landscape setting. The project scope also included wayfinding, signage, interior styling and identity work.

To discuss imagery for your own proposal, explore our architectural visualisation service.

Architectural and interior design are credited to Storm Studio. Project type: adaptive-reuse competition concept.
